an online workshop for 5th - 9th grade teachers

Applications are open for Workshop 11 [September 8 - October 20, 2008].

APPLY HERE

Currently the $100 workshop fee for each participant is paid by a grant from the National Science Foundation (NSF). All individuals who successfully complete the workshop will receive a certificate indicating that they have completed 15 hours of professional development. This is equivalent to 1.5 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) that can be received from the Drexel University School of Education for a fee of $25 to cover administrative costs.

Note: Some applicants have reported difficulty when using their computers located at school. In each case, when they have tried to complete the application form from home, they have been successful. We think this has something to do with firewalls that school districts sometimes have set up. If you have a similar difficulty, please try from a home computer. If you continue to have difficulty, please feel free to contact us.
